Judy is an attorney specializing in intellectual property and business transactional law. She is experienced in managing domestic and international intellectual property portfolios, and regularly assists clients with intellectual property transactions and enforcement matters.
As a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Taiwan, Judy brings a unique international perspective and bicultural insight to her work, particularly in assisting businesses from the Greater China region in their cross-border expansion. Judy also has a special interest in guiding emerging companies through the startup phase.
Prior to joining Minx Law, Judy practiced at Carbon Law Group in Los Angeles, Formosa Transnational in Taipei, and Paul Hastings LLP in Shanghai. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Beyond her legal career, Judy is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cooking at home. Judy also finds joy in playing pickleball with friends during her leisure time.
